Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
What will happen when God loves the cheerful giver?

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

Giving is an act of doing good. What does God say about doing good?
God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”
To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality,
he will give eternal life. (Romans 2: 6-7)
God's warning: But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil.(Romans: 2 8)
there will be wrath and anger. However, "glory,honor,and peace for everyone who does good..."(Roman 2:10)
